RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of South Ogden City, 3950 South Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah 84403, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, for the Burch Creek Park Sprinkler & Landscape Project for South Ogden City Corporation.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of grading sports fields, sprinkler installation, and landscaping as indicated in the Contract Document.

LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at Burch Creek Park, 4300 Madison Ave., South Ogden City,

COMPLETION OF WORK: All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed within 90 days of the date specified in the notice to proceed.

BID OPENING: Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the aforementioned office of South Ogden City.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically from Wasatch Civil Consulting Engineering upon application and payment of a $30.00 non-refundable fee https://www.wasatchcivil.com at listed under Bid Packages.

BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price.   

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions concerning this project shall be directed to the Project Engineer.

OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: South Ogden City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City.

Addendum No. 1

Burch Creek Park Sprinkler & Landscape Project

South Ogden City Corporation

 The following change is hereby made to the Contract Documents for the above-referenced project:

1.    Change the bid submittal deadline and opening date from 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

2.    Add the following bid requirement - Attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and on-site walk through.

Meeting Date/Time: Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.

Location: 4300 Madison Ave., South Ogden, Utah (meet at the north parking lot)

This addendum is hereby attached to and made part of the Contract Documents, and each Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum in his bid.
