900 East Reconstruction Project 

South Ogden City Corporation

 RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of South Ogden City, 3950 South Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah 84403, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29th, 2025, for the 900 East Reconstruction Project for South Ogden City Corporation.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Install approximately 1,700 feet of 8" dia. culinary waterline and reconstruct approximately 5,900 sq. yd. of roadway. The project will also include approximately 1,350 linear feet of curb and gutter, and 6,400 square feet of sidewalk, 165 linear feet of storm drain RCP, and 60 linear feet of sewer pipe. The waterline will include the installation of a PRV Station.

LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located on 900 East from about 4150 South to 4500 South, South Ogden City.

COMPLETION OF WORK: All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed within 90 days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.

OPENING OF BIDS: Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29th, 2025, at the aforementioned office of South Ogden City.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents, are provided by Wasatch Civil Consulting Engineering, and may be purchased and downloaded online for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 at https://www.wasatchcivil.com.

BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to South Ogden City Corporation as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will secure insurance, performance, and payment bonds, and promptly execute the Contract. 

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions concerning this project shall be directed to the Project Engineer.

OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: South Ogden City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City.
