RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of the Roy City Public Works Office Building, 2626 West 5525 South, Roy City, Utah, 84067, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026, for the Meadow Creek Pond Inlet Project for Roy City Corporation.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of approximately 40 feet of 8’ x 4’ precast concrete box culvert with inlet and outlet transitions and site grading.

LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located near 4900 South 3100 West Street.

COMPLETION OF WORK:  All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed within 45 days following the Notice to Proceed.

OPENING OF BIDS: Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the Roy City Public Works Office Building.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents, provided by Wasatch Civil Consulting Engineering, may be purchased and downloaded online for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 at https://www.wasatchcivil.com.

BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Roy City Corporation as a guarantee that the bidder, if selected, will comply with Contract requirements. 

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Project Engineer.
