Municipal Engineering

Wasatch Civil provides municipal engineering services, including designing public work projects, oversight of street maintenance planning, modeling water, sewer, and storm drain systems, developing standards, and reviewing proposed developments. Wasatch Civil provides planning services including utility master planning, preparation of capital facilities plans, and development review. Wasatch Civil also provides design services, including the design of roadways, water systems, storm drain systems, sewer systems, parks, and other recreational facilities.

2450 W Waterline replacement: roy City, utah

Wasatch Civil provided design, survey, and construction management services for the 2450 W waterline replacement project in Roy, Utah. This project included excavation, removal and replacement of pipes, fire hydrants, and other related appurtenances.

chimes view drive waterline replacement: south ogden city, utah

Wasatch Civil provided design, survey, and construction management services for the waterline replacement project on Chimes View Drive in South Ogden, Utah. This project included excavation and removal existing waterline infrastructure, and the installation of new water mains, fittings, fire hydrants, and other related appurtenances. Wasatch Civil elevated this project by keeping close communication and management with the contractors to verify that the water passed the bacteria tests. We ensured that, with the design, all parties involved had a say, and the plans were adjusted so that all would be satisfied with the outcome. This project was designed in a way that would allow contractors to connect to this waterline at a later date.

5500 S Safe sidewalk: roy city, utah

Wasatch Civil provided design, survey, and construction management services for the Safe Sidewalk project on 5500 South. This project included excavation, grading, installation of storm drainpipe and catch basins, and formation of curb, gutter, and sidewalk along 5500 South. Some challenges associated with this project were to maintain specific grading and slope of the road and gutter, despite the curb and gutter being built after the whole road.
