RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed bids will be accepted at the office of the Morgan County Recorder, 48 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah 84050, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026, for the Airport Pavement Maintenance Project for the Morgan County Airport.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing and installing approximately 44,500 sq. yds. of frictional mastic surface treatment (seal coat) and restoration of the pavement striping and markings.
LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at the Morgan County Airport at 5827 Willow Creek Rd, Mountain Green, UT 84050.
COMPLETION OF WORK: All contract work shall be completed by August 30, 2026.
OPENING OF BIDS: Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the Morgan County Building, 48 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents are provided by Wasatch Civil Consulting Engineering and may be purchased and downloaded online for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 at https://www.wasatchcivil.com.
BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Morgan County Airport.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions concerning this project shall be directed to the Project Engineer.
OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: Morgan County Airport reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid, and make awards in their interest.
