North Plain City Road Corridor Preservation Project

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Plain City Corporation is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Property Acquisition Consultants to provide right-of-way acquisition services for the North Plain City Road Corridor Preservation Project.

LOCATION OF WORK: Along North Plain City Road from 2700 West to 3300 West, Plain City, Weber County, Utah.

Consultant Qualifications: All property acquisition work must be done per the UDOT property acquisition process. The property acquisition consultant must be in the UDOT pool for Acquisition Services and Residential Relocation Services.

RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. on April 4, 2024. Please submit electronic copies to the Plain City Engineer at brad@wasatchcivil.com.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: Each proposal should include the following information.

·        A brief profile of the firm and contact information.

·        Schedule of Values.

·        Past experience and similar projects completed.

·        A list of references.

·        Other items as listed in the additional information documents.

PROPOSAL EVALUATION: Each proposal will be evaluated by a selection committee on the basis of the material provided by the respondent in the proposal.

OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: Plain City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in a proposal, and to make awards in the interest of the City. Award of contract will be at the City’s discretion based on their evaluation of the proposal best determined to suit their needs.
