RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Morgan County Corporation will accept sealed proposals at the

Office of the Morgan County Clerk, 48 West Young Street, Morgan, UT, 84050, until 2:00 p.m.,

April 18, 2024, for the Morgan County – East Canyon Dome Project.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of site improvements, including a concrete slab,

concrete sidewalk, and grading for an 18-meter geodesic dome.

LOCATION OF WORK: The work location is East Canyon State Park, 5535 UT-66, Morgan, UT

84050.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A request for proposal document, which more fully defines the

scope of work and specific requirements, may be obtained from the office of Wasatch Civil

Consulting Engineering, 1150 Depot Drive, Suite 225, Ogden, Utah 84404. The request for

proposal may also be obtained online at https://www.wasatchcivil.com.

OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: Morgan County Corporation reserves the right to reject any or

all proposals, to waive any informality in a proposal, and to make awards in the interest of the

County. Award of the contract will be at the County's discretion based on their evaluation and

determination of which proposal best meets the County's needs.
